You may be one of the 87 guests who joined us for April in PARIS....and, if not, maybe you'd like to see and know a bit more?
Everyone brought flowers - how wonderful! Along with the scents of Chef Adam's delicious menu, this was a great place to be that day~
You've seen a few photos of the menu served.....
....and the table settings~
Alot of people wanted the recipes - what a great compliment~Chef Adam didn't follow a cookbook when prepping and preparing the menu, BUT - the brioche with goat cheese croutons (served alongside baby arugula with pomegranate molasses) would be easy to recreate. Cut brioche bread into large squares, dip bottom in melted butter, top with honey goat cheese, toast in the oven - enjoy!
