Colors~patterns~styles~which to choose? Match what I'm wearing today, and get another to wear on Easter? What better way to be so 'French'? It's possible - our 12x60" scarves are only $4.95~
(Mary & Nancy 'Nancy said she was happy to find cute scarves...')
All styled and smiling, everyone loves what a new scarf does for their outfit~ Scarves will be a wardrobe staple while in Paris, and they're on my French shopping list, for sure~
Then, Alice came in, sporting the posey hat that Mom (Janelle) found here earlier. We carry a fun, handmade, well-priced line of stuff for babies and little ones~
And, Annemarie, working with the new scarves- spots Dani's awesome shoes, so we had shoe fun, too! Spring is definitely in the air here, and we love it when you have a good time! Thank you~TERESA
Just arrived, fresh from Alan's workshop - another of his awesome lockers~
The 'second' in his locker series, it will be quite a hit!
The crown moulding is a new touch on this locker; all is done in complete signature 'Alan' style and quality. Note the vintage curved trim along each side, and the arched inset; $595.
Beautiful Laura was here yesterday, and here she is, modeling an a-dor-able (say it with a French accent) petite sheer jacket~
We were as excited as she was - it was perfect for her!
'Laura' was featured here earlier this year, modeling a gorgeous wool coat. Thank you for taking time to pose, Laura! We're pleased you found something special~ TERESA
1. Large statement mirror: 43.5 x 51.5 tall
Detail of wide trim frame
2. Beveled with gold wood frame, 36 x 48 tall
Hard to see with the staged decor around; 32x44 tall, beveled glass, wide burnished deep gold trim
It's like a great outdoor flea market, right in our back courtyard!
Garden, outdoor, and lots of other wares; note the great red bike~
Old, tall birdbath on column base~
Copper finish arbor with candle chandelier stands over the harvest table; shopping cart in front
I'm loving these old bottle crates. I haven't seen this style?
Here's the second. I think they have a European feel. $10 and $14. When I'm at flea markets in France next week, something like this would cost alot more and be alot harder to get home~
Todays' photos are just an appetizer - watch for so many more in the coming days. We're getting everything ready for you~ we can't wait to have you here, having a great time!
Our locally hand-knit baby hats are waiting, sporting their spring colors and motifs~
Colors have brightened and lightened up~
Those are green bird hooks gathered in the round pan. We have several column bases, some of them cast iron.
Cigar boxes, one decoupaged inside/out in a Martini theme~
I'm in love with this chest. The top lifts - it's actually a cedar-lined chest with one drawer on the bottom. That's a big round mirror on the floor behind, creating the half-moon effect.
Chalkboards - the one in front is a deep tray
This chest wears its original old paint - in the color we're constantly challenged to replicate~
Fluted column; with base
Glittered Eiffels hang from the Atelier gazebo top in different colors. (And, another chance for you to see our old tin ceiling in the Atelier)
Glass, for sure~
Still in setup mode everywhere here, look at that old dresser!
Old frame with convex glass - take away the relatives and add your own photos. Easy to change out often~
Old tiered plant stand. White iron grillwork door in background.
This wicker settee with cushions is sturdy and comfortable ($39 complete).
Tip: grouping by color makes sense of all this stuff~
You can't see the true perfect blue/green of these framed wood lattice pieces. I can think of about 10 uses for them here, but they won't stay that long~
Awesome long shelf with corbel brackets. Hung, and waiting for final tuneup and paint touchup~
Architectural bed piece, ready to hang as a focal point in your home~
Closeup of the detail - gorgeous~
