All wrapped up~ The MARCH 2010 Market

And junking never stops~

A full load again yesterday morning, waiting patiently today to be unpacked. Time for early-morning junking yesterday, but no time to bring it all in on the final day of our Market. Here, you can see an electric fireplace with faux-stone mantel surround, and a storage bench with sturdy rush seat-- there's so much more, and I can't wait to show it all!

Stephanie in the shop last Wednesday, one of our our 12 primo sellers. Everyone here is incredibly talented, and bring the 'best of their best' - to you.

We've wrapped up our MARCH Market~ and it was so much fun to see everyone who was able to come! The weather was great, we met so many new people, and we do appreciate your coming out. Thank You~

Janelle and Chad (not pictured) found us a couple years ago, and became friends of The PORCH & Atelier. We were so happy to finally meet 'Alice', new to their petite famille. We were proud to help furnish Alice's nursery with just the right pieces they were looking for, and have been anxious to meet her! Thank you to everyone who turns to us when needing furnishings~

The MARCH Market & ALAN cabinets~

Three of Alan's most popular cabinet styles are in the shop today~

Bookcase with adjustable shelves, column & beadboard details, drawer. I'll give you the granite measurements on each piece (the largest dimension): 40.5"x 10.5", 40" tall, $239.

That's one of his small glass door cabinets, in front of his large island. This petite cabinet has paneled sides, and new to this style of piece: a drawer. Granite measures: 16x24", 31" tall, $179.

Oh my, one of his grand island cabinets. Alan quality, details and style, glass doors on the reverse side are shown in the next photo. 28.75"x 62", 36" tall (counter height), $895.

We've been playing March Market show and tell all week, now some calming details for you~

A favorite photo today, it says alot~

I love the half-round shape of this basket, but then notice the old white paint and Spring blue trim - it makes me stop for a moment~

Simple paint by number ($4) - can you hear the surf?

If you've been here, you know that I am crazy for glass jars.

Maidenhair fern. We're stocked with fresh greenhouse, 4" plants: babies tears, ivies and buttonleaf ferns - all very full ($4.50)

Espresso for eight, with platter and odds/ends of plates ($16)

I'm in awe of this twin-sized cast iron bed - OLD, and complete with footboard and rails? Yes. Note the mirror with sconces on the wall behind~
